At Shifting Paradigms, we believe that healing is a multi-modality process. Here we offer practices such as Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork as well as the use of Ancestorial teachings and medicines to support you on your journey. These practices that balance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies help us to return to a pure state of wholeness. They are much more than they seem; they pave the way to self-discovery and inner tranquility. Our one-to-one sessions and group classes aim to nourish both the body and the mind, with the intention of guiding you to find health and harmony in your life.
